CALDO DE GRORIA

We are a reading club. Our name, Caldo de Groria comes from a recipe given by Galician writer, Rosalía de Castro in one of her most famous poems.
In our vocational school, CIFP Compostela in Santiago de Compostela we study tourism, cooking and catering in different vocational levels (FP básica, FP de grado medio y FP de grado superior).
Santiago de Compostela is the capital city of Galicia, in the west of Spain. It is very famous as a pilgrimage site and also as a historical city.
We love reading and sharing comments on the books we have recently read. We also like reading about different cultures and the way of living in other countries, so book and author recommendations are welcome.
We are interested in learning about food and recipes from different countries around the world.
Additionally, we would like to know about current music and bands from where people are.
We want to discover new places to visit and hobbies as well as important celebrations.
